What exactly is a nature preserve, and why does it matter? Join Bethany O'Hagan, Stewardship & Rewilding at Everwild Land Trust, for an engaging introduction to the role nature preserves play in protecting wildlife, native habitats, and the natural beauty of Chautauqua County.

Learn about Everwild Land Trust's mission to conserve the region's forests, wetlands, streams, and open spaces, while creating opportunities for people to connect with nature through recreation, education, and stewardship. Whether you're new to Everwild or a longtime supporter, you'll gain a deeper appreciation for the work being done to protect the places that make Chautauqua County unique.

   

James Prendergast Library's Curiosity Club is a multi-week series that explores a different topic each session. Designed to foster community connections, the program provides patrons with opportunities to learn more about themselves, gain insight into others’ experiences, and discover valuable community resources. Through discussion, exploration, and shared learning, participants build knowledge while strengthening their sense of connection and belonging within the community.
